Both are good, If you want to just go with B.Tech then you can take B.Tech CSE. Or if you want both UG and Master degree then go with M.Tech Integrated. Both are excellent in terms of placements.

There are quite less chances for you to get admission in CS branch, as mostly CS branches will get over by 1200 ranks.

VIT Vellore is a very good college and better than Chitkara. But living in south especially for north Indians, it is quite difficult. The main problem is the food. Talking about Chitkara, the education quality is very good and talking about the field, it's you who have to decide whether you want to build your career in ECE or CSE.

Yes, you are eligible for BCA. For doing BCA from VIT, mathematics is compulsory as one of the subject and 70% marks in 10+2.

VIT doesn't accept MHT CET score, as it will accept only ranks of VITEEE exam. To get admission in any of the VIT campuses, you have to appear for VITEEE.

If it's slot 3, then there are around 70% chances for you to get selected in BCA. So, it's better to attend counselling as there are a few chances for you to get admission.

You need to appear for VITEEE exam which will be held in the month of April and if you get less than 4000 rank in VITEEE then you can admission in computer science. The online and offline registration starts from February.
Based on your rank, you can take admission in any one of the VIT campuses.

In order to get admission in VIT, you need to appear for VITEEE exam and based on its rank, you can take admission in any of the B.Tech programmes.

I assume that, you mean to ask about placements. So that is not fixed. Every year depending upon the vacancy many companies come. Also, TPO cell is quite active, so new companies also join the campus placement drive.
