Students have given the hostel mess at Vivekanand Institute of Technology and Science (VITS), Ghaziabad, varying ratings for food quality.  Some students have voiced their displeasure, calling the cuisine "the worst" they've ever eaten. Other complaints include bad housing conditions and water problems for bathing. 

 Other students, however, have said that the canteen is clean and the food is of a respectable quality.  The college offers gym facilities, and the hostel accommodations were decent, they said.
