No. Schools usually do not withhold a hall ticket from any student. However, in case a student does not meet the minimum attendance requirement or the likes, handing them their hall ticket can be delayed by schools.

Thus, students must meet their minimum attendance requirement and hand over their assignments and projects timely. Schools will hand the hall tickets over to them.

You will need details mentioned on your WB Madhyamik hall ticket to check your result. It is okay if you have the photocopies of your hall ticket and have lost the original one.

Still, it is always advised to keep the documents like WBBSE Class 10 hall ticket secured till the announcement of results.

WBBSE released the WB Madhyamik hall ticket 2026 on January 20, 2026. Schools need to collect it from the camp offices organised by the Board. The WBBSE admit card is then distributed to all Class 10 students. Students need to collect the WB Madhyamik hall ticket 2026 from their school and carry it on all exam days.

In case any student forgets to carry the admit card, he/she will not be allowed to write the exam. The WBBSE admit card 2026 shares the student's details along with exam day, dates, timings, and exam centre details. It also shares the exam-day guidelines for students.
