It is different for everyone since everyone has their speed. It also depends on the paper- if it's lengthy or not. There is a Cool-off time of 15 minutes in addition to the writing time. Use the 'Cool-off time' to get familiar with questions and to plan your answers. Read questions carefully before answering. Read the instructions carefully and you can analyze your entire question paper, no matter which subject it is, and mentally set time for each section. Since there are MCQs too, you can solve them in the 15-minute cool-off time and thus save a lot of time.

Yes, it is highly likely that you will get about 30-40 % questions from the previous years. The quesions will not completely be same as given in the previous years' question papers, but the concept will be same. The type of questions coming in WBBSE board exams is same. The board follows the same pattern.

The previous years' question papers will also help you clarify the concepts.

No, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after the commencement of exam. Thus, it is advised to keep yourself prepared and leave your home, considering the buffer time for traffic, in case you find it. Try reaching the exam centre at least half an hour before the exam time.
