With a rank of 10192, securing a seat for ANM/GNM in a government college in West Bengal may be challenging. Government colleges typically have higher demand, and cutoff ranks are often lower for these programs. However, the actual availability depends on the category and specific college. Checking with the West Bengal Nursing Council or the respective college's admission office will provide the most accurate information regarding your chances for this rank.
