Yes, students with 60% in Class 12 can apply for admission to the BSc programme at EILM Kolkata. The college doesn't mention the minimum score requirement on it’s official website, but college releases a merit list based on Class 12 scores. So, students can apply first and then check the merit list later to see if they secured the seat or not.
