1. Application Process: The XIMI, Jaipur application process is conducted in online mode only. Candidates can apply on the college's online admission portal. Currently, the Phase-1 application process for the academic year 2025-26 is ongoing. 
2. Selection Rounds: Xavier Institute of Management and Informatics admissions are completely merit-based for MBA and MCA courses. However, the college also accepts scores of entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CUET, etc. These exams are not mandatory in the selection process but highlight the candidature of applicants. Moreover, students must appear in the PI round conducted by the college for the final selection.
3. Counselling Process: Once all round of the entire selection process is completed, students must participate in the counselling process for the final seat allotment.
