XISS Ranchi offers various facilities to help students grow professionally and academically. Some of the facilities are:

Library: The library accommodates a variety of resources in print and digital formats. In print, books are available in different areas of Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Rural Management. In e-resources, subscriptions to valuable databases like EBSCO Business Source Elite, EBSCO E-book Core Collection, and SAGE Business Case Studies with teaching notes, JSTOR (Online Archive Journals, SAGE Journals, etc.) are available.

Auditorium: The campus has an air-conditioned auditorium, housed in the main building of the institute. The well-furnished auditorium, with a seating capacity of 300, hosts all major events of the institute, including guest lectures, seminars of national fame, and student events, both academic and cultural.

Hostel: XISS provides hostel facilities for boys and girls. The girls’ hostel has 4 single bedrooms, 35 double bedrooms, and 24 four-seater rooms for girls. 24/7 internet connectivity (Wi-Fi) is provided to the students residing in our girls’ hostel.

Sports Facility: XISS has indoor and outdoor sports facilities along with a well-equipped gymnasium. The indoor sports facilities include table tennis, chess, a carrom board, and a gym. The outdoor sports facilities include a cricket ground, a basketball ground, and a football ground.

Candidates are selected for the PGDM programme at XISS Ranchi based on the marks secured in CAT, XAT or CMAT, followed by group discussion and a personal interview. Candidates who wish to apply for the PGDM course at XISS Ranchi can visit the official website and apply for the course. The PGDM course at XISS Ranchi offers four specializations: Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Financial Management, and Marketing Management. Candidates need to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have a three or four-year bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities. Candidates appearing for the final year or final semester of their graduate degree examination are also eligible to appear for the admission process, provided they do not have more than two backlogs.
