For getting selected in PGCM course at Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, candidates must score a minimum of 45% aggregate in graduation in the required field. Admissions to this course is merit-based. Candidates must submit the marskheets and degree certificates of graduation to apply for and confirm admission in the institute for PGCM course.

The eligibility criteria for PGCM course at Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, requires the candidates to pass raduation with a minimum of 45% aggregate or pursuing Post Graduation/ MPhil or PhD (for Evening Shift) or other professionals working in the government/ private sector may also apply.

Though, it's important to consider other factors like infrastructure, faculty, curriculum, fees structure, etc. while taking admission. Candidates willing to opt for PGDM course must get ready for the admission process at XISS Ranchi after CAT results are released. Admission at XISS Ranchi consist of several stages wherein it first release its cutoffs for the MBA courses. After that, students were invited to appear for Written Ability, GD and PI rounds. Then after, institutes shortlist candidates based on their merit results. It is advised for the candidates to keep track of their results. Further, they need to prepare in advance for the GD/PI rounds. Also, they must keep track of the schedule to avoid any rush.

XISS Ranchi offers diverse range of PGDM coures via CAT, CMAT, MAT, and XAT scores. In relation to the XISS Ranchi cutoff 2024, the needed percentile for PGD in Finance course at the institute stood at 35 for the General AI category candidates.

XISS Ranchi accepts XAT, CAT, CMAT, and MAT scores for admission to the PGDM-HRM programme. XISS Ranchi CAT cutoff 2024 has been released for candidates to appear for the GD & PI rounds. For the Unreserved category, the CAT percentile stood at 60 for Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Similarly, for CMAT and XAT stood at 70 and 60, respectively. percentile for the PGDM-HRM course. Further, institute has released separate cutoffs for separate PGDM specialisations. The following are the requirements for admission to the Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi's MBA program:

A bachelor's degree (10+2+3) or its equivalent from an accredited university with at least 50% of the possible points (45% for restricted categories) is the minimum educational requirement.

admission Exam: XAT, CAT, CMAT, or GMAT are examples of recognised management admission tests in which candidates must have received a legitimate score.

Depending on the specialisation selected (e.g Human Resources Finance, Marketing) the cost of the MBA programme at Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi can range from 6.5 Lacs to 8 Lacs for the duration of the course. Tuition, library fees, and other institutional costs are included in this fee; however extra costs such as personal expenses or hostel fees are not included. Additionally, XISS provides financial need and merit-based scholarships. Given the calibre of instruction, staff, facilities and placement chances the institute provides the cost is reasonable.
