Admissions are completely based on merit and no reservations but there are fee vary based on the caste.Admissions to UG programs at Allahabad State University (PRSU) is based on the academic merit of the candidate or the Common Entrance Exam (CET) conducted by the PRSU Prayagraj. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the programme is 10+2 in relevant fields from a recognised board.  

There are many courses available in the  Allahabad State University. There are arts, technology, commerce and other courses too.so, among them, the best course according to my opinion is Technology  beause the placements are great compared to other courses.It is just based on package, but if you have other interest then it's better to choose on your individual interest.

From the third year you are eligible for placements onwards, companies like Infosys, Wipro etc. make many offers the highest package. I think the lowest is 2lakhs LPA. about 50%student get placements in BTech, my plan after getting the degree is to do Masters from this college.Internships usually depend upon each department and its faculty members. Sometimes students themselves get enrolled themselves in reputed companies for internships and training opportunities and sometimes department HOD themselves take the responsibilities and enroll the whole class for internships.Companies like Infosys Wipro are interested in internships and giving you higher packages, but it's not the best college for placement but good for placements, at least u get an UG degree and can prepare for GATE or IIT jam exams

The Allahabad University has a University Placement Cell (UPC) at the campus that handles all placement activities and events ensuring placements of large numbers of students at various organisations with good packages. Allahabad University Placement Cell provides training that includes soft skills that helps the students develop  personality through personality development programmes, various other workshops and active engagements.The median package offered to fashion design and technology students was INR 4.80 LPA and INR 5.60 LPA during Allahabad University placement.

You can follow a good book to prepare for CUET.A minimum preparation of 6 months is required to score a good CUET score.Follow one good book and prepare with regularity. CUET score also give you acess to many good universities and the score is also accepted by other private universities and colleges.
