Some of the major entrance tests conducted in India for admission to the course are listed below:-
AIIMS Biotechnology Entrance Test, JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University) Combined Biotechnology Entrance Examination (Combined Biotechnology Entrance Examination), DU (University of Delhi) Biotechnology Entrance Examination.
However, some colleges also admit students based on their performance in the last qualifying examination.

CAT is accepted at most places. Also depending on where you want to do MBA, you can give exams like XAT, CMAT, MAT, NMAT, SNAP, etc. Placements after MBA depends more on the college you choose to do MBA from.
