Both the universities are equally good. But I think if you are getting admission in IP, go for it because there is way less exposure to the outer world here in banasthali university. But yes, ofcourse, banasthali is also really good

Banasthali has a good name and fame obviously. Also, if you want to do M.Sc. from Jaipur, then IIS University has the best biotech department. After that, you can go for PhD for research.
NET and JRF are other options.
