You need to score 60% in your 10+2 with physics, chemistry and maths. Aptitude test depends on the highest score according to which the average is decided. You need to score 50% above generally in the aptitude test.

For admission in B.Sc in Biotechnology the eligibility criteria is to have 55% in your class 12 examination in a board recognised by Vidyapith.
Furthermore you should have opted for biology as a subject in your class 12.
There is no entrance exam for B.Sc in biotechnology.
Here is the link to Universtiy's website for the official eligibility criteria decided by the university:

Who said there was no negative marking?
1/4 marks are deducted for a wrong answer. Maximum marks awarded are 1 and 1/4, I.e, 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer.

B.Sc in Aviation Science is 3 years long program which deals with the study, design and operation of flight capable machine (aircraft, helicopters, gliders etc).
A graduade in the above mentioned course can take up various professions, for example:
1. Mechanic (aircraft designing, manufacturing, maintenance)
2. Pilot
3. Flight Attendant
4. Air Traffic Controller
5. Cargo Manager
6. Airport Ground Operations Manager
Sincec the field are very diverse and one has to start from scratch, I can not say much about the annual package offered.
But you must know that Banasthali University offers recognised and accepted Aviation Training and gives to a chance to experience the flight training at a very reduced cost than most.
The colllege has their own planes and plane strips. First there is ground training of 100 hours and then you get a chance to fly a plane. So you are thorough in the subject.
Avani Chaturvedi- the first female fighter pilot of the country is a graduate from Banasthali Vidyapith and has completed her aviation course from there itself. That, my friend, is saying a lot about the quality of course in the university.
I wish you all the best for your future.
And hope that my answer helped. :D

If you get the calling letter, then don't fuss too much on the Personal Interview. It is a process to make you familiar with the university.
Hope my answer was what you desired.
