Hi,I think you can apply through the website itself for that programme. I don't know if they ask your entrance exam score or not, but you can definitely apply for it.

Yes, you can pursue two courses at the same, if the learning modes are different i.e. one is regular and other is distance. Hence, is your case you can pursue B.Com and B.Ed at the same time.
