Fact about IET DAVV Indore.

Placements: I meet with some seniors of the CS and IT branches. They are really skilled. They get a 12+ LPA salary. They tell me how I can achieve that too. I don’t feel pressure over the placement factor. First, I need to improve my skills and projects, and work on DSA too.

Infrastructure: The college is a little old, so the infrastructure of the hostel is a little messy and unhygienic. But the course is well-made and beneficial.

Faculty: I really love the way exams in my course are conducted. Faculty members are well-experienced. Sometimes I feel confused with them, but they are helpful. Whenever I have doubts, I call them even if I am not in college, and they immediately help me. There are no extra or unnecessary subjects in this course. I have to study only the subjects that are related to my skills.

Other: My college always supports students' skills by promoting different events and fests. I like how clubs approach students to find new talent.

It has high fees with zero facilities.

Placements: In the information technology branch, around 70-80 percent of eligible students get placed every year. The highest package is 40 LPA for rare students. The average package ranges from 7-9 LPA. Some major recruiters for the IT course are Accenture and Infosys. In this college, big four companies also visit the college.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are very bad because hostels are very old. The hostel food at my college is very bad. Sports facilities are not much better. There is no Wi-Fi in hostel rooms.

Faculty: Many teachers of the college are well-educated and knowledgeable. Many of them are PhD holders. They are experts in their subject. Core subjects like DBMS and networking are taught very well. The institute also encourages coding and mini-projects. The pass percentage is 80-90. Faculty members are good in my department. They are experienced.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest, and nowadays, the IT sector gives us a good package. In my college, events are only for name. There are no cultural fests. Events are organised. The campus is small but not bad. There are many plants in the college. In the main gate, there are a lot of ducks. We get scholarships like Medhavi, post-matric, etc. This year, a new director named Neetesh Purohit came, and the college fee has doubled. This is the main issue because there are no facilities according to the fee.

Placements: According to last data, the highest package offered by a company is 18 LPA. The average package ranges from 5-6 LPA. Overall, the highest package offered in history is 57 LPA. As per know data out of 625 students, 400 students are placed. The top recruiting companies are Google, Amazon, Wipro, Barclays, Capgemini, Infosys and Cognizant. The college offers roles in IT services, consulting, etc.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in all campus. A decent library is provided with availability of books in all courses. The quality of food provided is also decent in mess and canteen. Medical facilities are there and basic medicines are there in each department block.

Faculty: Teachers and professors here are very helpful, well-qualified and extremely knowledgeable with excellent teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant and make students industry-ready. Semester exams will be manageable if students study throughout the semester.

Placements: Civil engineering saw 60 percent of placements. The average package is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Tata Projects and Shapoorji Pallonji. 40 percent of students secure internships in reputed firms such as L&T and NCC. Roles like site engineering, design or field like autocad software, etc., are offered here.

Infrastructure: The Civil Engineering department at SGSIT Sindhor is well-equipped with special classrooms, Wi-Fi, modern labs, and a rich library that supports both academic and projects. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms, regular maintenance, and basic medical support. The mess and canteen provide average food. Sports grounds and indoor games encourage recreation and fitness. Overall, the infrastructure balances academic and study life efficiency.

Faculty: Faculty members in civil engineering are qualified, supportive, and generally helpful in solving doubts. Teaching quality is good, but sometimes, more practical exposure could be added. The course curriculum is relevant and updated, focusing on industry skills, design, project management and software use which makes students industry-ready.

Other: I chose civil engineering because of my interest in design, structure, and practical application in infrastructure. The best part of the course is the balance of theory with lab work and exposure to industry projects, faculty guidance, and peer collaboration, which makes learning engaging.

It is really good in all respects except for the low infrastructure and hostels.

Placements: 50 percent of students get placements in all branches, but the mechanical course has exceptionally high placements. The highest package is nearly 40 LPA. The average package ranges from 7-8 LPA. I do not know names of the best companies. More than 80 percent of students get internships in the CS and IT branches. Roles offered are mainly according to their branch.

Infrastructure: Hostels are not good. The mess is also not good. Wi-Fi is okay in many rooms. The library is good with a big reading area and a lot of books. There are no medical facilities in the hostel because the college is in the centre of the city. There are no sports facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful. Most of them are qualified. There are some guest faculty members who are also qualified. Overall, teachers are good. Personally, in my branch, the computer science business system is one of the best branches, which has the best future. Semester exams are moderate and depend on our study level. Exams are conducted strictly so that no one can cheat.

Other: I chose this course because its future scope is good. My course is already good, so I don't think of any upgradation. Overall, the environment is good in college. The total fee charges are around 4 to 5 lakhs. There are not so many fests. Clubs are good, especially the music club.

It is good government college strong placement in CSE, IT, ECE ROI is very good.

Placements: There are decent placement, from 650 out of 400 student are placed in a tech branches like computer Science and it have something 75 to 80 percent placement rate. Median package offered is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini, Barclays, Wipro, Infosys etc.

Infrastructure: Above average infrastructure, decent classroom, lab, library, good Wi-Fi facility, big campus full of greenery hostels are basic. Mess food is very poor, campus life is simple not very luxuries not more comfort are there. Every month mst are held I did say it is solid and reliable.

Faculty: Teachers are very useful and supportive well qualified. They teach student to make them industry ready. Exam are easy, most of the student can pass. Exams are conducted strict on given time table. Semester exams are easy but making SGPA is difficult.

Other: The faculty of CS is very good and have good placement. We expect better campus life there are not more event and fest if akshank is held the biggest fest in central india.
