Yes, you can pursue two courses at the same, if the learning modes are different i.e. one is regular and other is distance. Hence, is your case you can pursue B.Com and B.Ed at the same time.

You can apply for the college through online application based on the cutoff they will shortlist the candidates.

Dear student, you have a very good chance of getting admission in IMS. For admission you have to go through DTE counseling which gets conducted in May mid or end.
