The candidate should be a graduate from a recognised University in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in total. In addition to academic qualification, age criteria also need to be followed. The upper age limit has been fixed as 27 years as on 1st of July of the year of admission. No age restriction is their, for female candidates and relaxation of 3 years is their for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates. For MBA in Hospital Administration, the candidate should have done MBBS/BDS/B. VSc /B.Sc (Nursing)/ BHA/ BBA (HA)/other medical/paramedical degree of duration equivalent to that of MBBS from a recognised University. Integrated courses/undergraduate course
MCA/ M.Tech
Candidates with pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as mainstream subjects and at least 50% aggregate marks or GCE 'O' level with five subjects and GCE 'A' level with Physics and Mathematics with grade C or better or an equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics and minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognised Board are eligible. MBA (MS) / MBA (FT)/ MBA (e-Com)/ M.Sc. (Electronic Media)/ B.Com. (Hons)

Its depend on cut-off, I do not have much knowledge about CET cut-off but you could see last year cut off on university website to have an idea whether you will get admission or not.

Yes you have a fair chance of getting admission in IMS. It would depend on your rank also for getting the admission.
