DTE counseling is for colleges which comes under AICTE. You have to appear for CMAT for DTE counseling for MBA programs. It will be held around June end.

Is it compulsory for me to appear for CET or can I apply directly? I have given CMAT and got 70 percentile.

You can apply directly for MBA full time through DTE counseling. For other courses, you have to give CET.
