No, there is no offline method of application at Shyam Lal College. All the candidates must apply through the centralised entrance exam's official website, i.e., the official websites of CUET UG and CUET PG exam. After the COVID years and after the introduction of CUET UG and CUET PG for admission to Shyam Lal College and other DU-affiliated colleges, the application process has shifted full-time to the online mode. Candidates can register on the official websites of the respective exam, fill out the online application forms, pay the course-wise application fee and appear for the exam to become eligible. For final admission, shortlisted and pass-out students of CUET UG and CUET PG are required to register on the CSAS portal for final admission and seat allocation process.

While this DU-affiliated college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BCom, BSc and MA, admission to all the postgraduate courses is subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2023. Sri Aurobindo College along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to undergraduate was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU.

In 2022, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College (like all DU affiliated colleges) adopted CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses. Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College admission 2023 for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.Step 2: Submit Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and college as the option. Step 3: The University has released the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists which will be out on August 1, August 10 and August 22, 2023, respectively for all categories. Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. Step 5: Once Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat.

Interested students were able to apply online on the official website of CUET PG.The CUET PG exam was scheduled to take place between held from June 5 to Jun 17, 2023, and the results were announced in Jul. Delhi University (affiliated university for Maharshi Valmiki College of Education) has also released the dates for the first, second and third DU PG CSAS Seat Allocation Lists which is Aug 17, Aug 25 and Sep 4, 2023, respectively.
