No, you cannot apply on the basis of computer science Diploma. The minimum eligibility criteria for B.A political science is 10+2 with minimum 50% marks. Hence, if you have not completed your 12th than not eligible.

You can get good college at this score and in this course you can opt for the Hansraj College or the Ramjas College.

Hi, no you can't. A regular student of Delhi University can migrate to SOL in first year. It is vice versa and not possible.
