Hi Srishti,
You are eligible as per the minimum criteria, but the problem is high cutoff. Generally, it goes very high, above 90%. That is why it will be difficult for you to get admission in this college. Try for some other private colleges.

You must know ragging is a crime. It is strictly prohibited in the campus. If someone is ragging you, you can dial 100 and police will be happy to serve them. If someone is asking your name, then it is instruction, you can tell him/her your name or not depends totally on you. But if someone is insulting you or forcing you to do something inappropriate, then this is ragging and must be reported to police. People don't do ragging these days. Best of luck.

For doing BSc. in food technology the criteria is the candidate must have passed the 10+2 level with PCB with aggregate of 50%. As you are from obc category and possess all the verification documents you will get relaxation under sc/obc quota too. Some colleges take admission through entrance exam like CFTRI(Central Food technological Research Institute Entrance Examination) or you can apply on the merit basis in Delhi university, since you are from obc category chances are pretty good.
