No, there is no chance of getting admission at DU in college of arts and commerce at this percentage in class 12th. You need at least 90% in class 12th for getting admission here in OBC category.

Yes, you can get admission in DU for B.Sc. Under Graduate Course. Your percentage is very good. You may get admission in 1st or 2nd Cutoff List.

Congratulations on getting 96%, you need to specify the college and course that you are looking for because it really depends on the course that you want to pursue the cut-off is different for different courses.
