First, your English language is totally incorrect in this question. And, in my knowledge 50% is applicable for B.Sc nursing in government colleges, so I don't think you can do this.

Less chance in DU specially if you belong to general category But I will advice to apply for its counseling. Maybe you can get any college under DU.

Admission in Delhi University for English (Hons) is based on the marks of best 4 subjects. If you belong to SC/ST category then you will get admission in North campus colleges.

As you have scored 83.8% in class 12th CSBE board you are eligible to take admission in this college. But as the cutoffs of the first round will be high, so you should wait till the second or third cutoff list to get admission.
