Yes go to the websites of DU and look for international students application. plus, many students come into DU through ICCR also visit there website too.

There is no such restriction on maths particularly, but yes you should have maths as a subject in 10+2, and for minimum percentage go through the past cut off of JAT available on DU website.

Hi, yes, you can apply for any Masters course at the University of Delhi. But here the catch is you need to give an entrance exam. Once you crack it and clear the cut-off you'll be welcomed with opened hands.
