It depends upon the course you are looking for. Some courses offer separate entrance examination but others courses are distributed as per the individual cutoffs. You can fill University forms and check for the course you looking for.

You have to fill up the University forms that will be out in April or May in DU website.
Fee structure is different for different colleges approximately around 12000 INR to 15000 INR per annum.

There is an entrance examination for this which you have to qualify. 80% of syllabus is your B.Sc course syllabus rest 20% you need to prepare from DU examination syllabus from website.

Hello Vasundhra,
Of course, you can. I can't bet but if you are from general caste and can score in the range of 90%. Then, I am sure you will secure a seat in not just South Campus but in one of the few colleges of North Campus too.
* Please

* Please mind that other factors make a difference too. For example, cut offs vary from course to course. Cut-off of B.Com would not be less then 90% but for BA it can go below 85% too.
* I gave my boards last year and went through the same process of applying and then constantly analyzing cut-off lists of DU, and it isn't that hard. I am not any one to guarantee but looking at the trends of past 2-3 years and from my own experience, I can safely say you will secure a seat for sure.
* Boards and DU are overrated and much hyped. Things aren't as rough. Be confident and do well in boards. 90% is good enough and you will make it there :)
All the best!

I guess, Delhi University is surely better because there are very few seats and high competition. So, it has more value and the faculty of DU is amazing as per my experience. Rest, it's surely your choice.

There is no specific need for a group of subjects. Anyone from any stream can apply for this course of B.A psychology. It does not matter if you had psychology in 12th class or not, you will still be eligible to apply nonetheless. * However it is advised that you should include psychology in 'Best Four Subjects'(BFS) if you had it as a subject in 12th. If you do not do so, you will face 'DEDUCTION' of some percentage(2-3%) in your BFS%. * DU says that you must include that subject in your BFS, the course of which you are applying for as a major. For example, if you are applying for History(H), you must include History in BFS else face deduction. All the best!

In my opinion, you can get a good college, as your percentage is good.
