I'll prefer you to opt for the MAIT as this is the best choice then any other colleges from the above mentioned list as this is the best college in terms of faculty, infra and also in the placements.

If you have a three year degree courses additional problem for admission might arise since a four year Bachelors course is preferred. You can simply check university websites like University of Pennsylvania, Yale University, and University of Princeton etc.

Yes, you can go for both. Both the exams will help you get different colleges. So, it depends on you which college you want to go for.

Try to get 97+ percentile in CAT, and then apply for admission in the college directly through their website as the admissions are on from along before you must hurry right now. Good luck.

*If you are asking about admission to UG courses, then most of them are merit-based. It means you don't have to give a test. Marks of 12th class are considered. However, there are some UG courses the admission to which happens via DU JAT (an entrance test of DU). They are :
1. BMS: Bachelor of Management Studies
2. BBA (FIA): Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis)
3. BBE BA (Hons) Business Economics.

Not all the network marketings offer you a certificate of work experience but if your company is ready to give it then it's good but you still have to get 98.5+ percentile in your CAT to be eligible.
Good luck.
