Yes, the affiliated colleges have low fees as compared to private. For example in Delhi, if you want to do B.Pharma course. Dipsar was affiliated to DU. It has fees of INR. 40000 a year. And, if you do same from Jamia Humdard University. Fees

FMS is a prestigious institute. No doubt about that. But, quitting your current job for that totally depends on the kind of job and role that you are presently working in. I would suggest try to find a similar job in Delhi or Gurgaon.

You can obviously take an admission. For that, you need to have completed your graduation from any discipline. After that you need to give CAT and go through the admission process of the college to get admission.
