Motilal Nehru College offers bachelors courses for candidates who hold Higher Senior Secondary Certificate with minimum 45% aggregate marks. Bachelors is offered in Economics, English, Political Science, History, Hindi, Sanskrit, Commerce, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Physical Science. While admitting students for a particular course, the candidates' score in top three subjects and one language subject will be considered. Admissions to all the undergraduate courses are merit based. A cut-off list will be published by DU. Candidates who score the given marks in the list are eligible to take admission. The annual intake for Bachelors courses is 1065 students.

Faculty: The faculty of the college is very good, the teachers are well qualified knowing the clarity of their subject.
