That's great. There are very few colleges offering BA Psychology (H) or BA Applied Psychology (H), so you should book your seat, be it any college.
Aryabhatta College is a pretty good choice. I believe you should wait for DU's third cut

Aryabhatta College is a pretty good choice. I believe you should wait for DU's third cut off list.
At the end, all you get is a stamp of DU and not the college. The name of DU is itself enough.
But yes a good college matters a lot which is why you should WAIT.
Let's see the cut off of Ambedkar University, which is releasing on 9th July.
I would strongly recommend DU.

It depends on which course you are willing to take admission. For most of the course, having maths till 12th is not a compulsion but for courses like B.Com (Hons) or BA (Hons) economics maths is a necessary.

You will get the cut-off percentage of different colleges. Take admission in any of the colleges where you will get admission. On the release of subsequent cut-offs, you can withdraw admission from the previous college and take admission in any other college where you will get admission based on the cut-off list.
