As per the schedule for classes, they probably occur twice or thrice a week-the information of which is not available in the college website. You'd be told about all this as soon as the classes begin.

1st shift offers you more time in hand. You have a lot of time to roam around, pursue a hobby, go back and relax, study- in short, anything you wish to do
2nd shift, there is no time for any other activity or usual outings after college, until and unless you've permission to enter your home late. The rules are stricter in 2nd shift. More discipline, more stress over attending not-so-useful labs, higher attendance criteria. But then, there's absolutely no difference or biasing on the basis of difference in shifts or CS/IT at the time of placements.

As much as I have heard from people from the science department as well as other people, Ramjas has a good science faculty, however the same goes for KMC. The opinions based on this question is very subjective. Lot of people consider Ramjas's science faculty to be better, and others consider KMC to be better. So if you choose either, you'd be in an appropriate college for the course you want to pursue.

To get admission in DU is reliable. The college doesn't matter that much, after all, the degree of DU is important. That is my opinion. Rest of the decision is totally up to you.
