The subjects like physics, maths, history, geography, political Science and many others have been listed in the first list. Including these subjects won't cause a deduction, however that also depends upon your course and your stream. I have scored 91% in HSC. Ramjas college's cut-off is 92%. Should I wait for the second cut-off list?

Hello Utkarsh,
The time to seek admission in DU got over. It was made online and the window has already ended. Now you can only appear for next year in DU. Better try in some other university.

Khalsa had a reputation for violence a few years which has improved and considering the opinions of my peers from Khalsa, it is a satisfactory college. Also, as per my knowledge, English and Economics faculty is damn good there. So, it's your call now.

Dear Vansham,
In case, you can get a chance in Hansraj College, go ahead without thinking much. Kolkata has poor student crowd. Moreover, the faculty of SXC has degraded. I don't know much about Delhi University when it comes to faculty, but given that most of the books authored by the professors of DU, sell like hot cakes all over in India, for all professional exams, I can easily assume, that the professors must also be pretty good there. SXC, however, teaches you one of the most important things in Life I. e. discipline. You wake up 5 AM and reach sharply by 6 AM. There are no excuses for securing low scores in examinations, and above all, you can easily work at any place, once college gets over at 10 AM.
