You need a bachelor degree to do Masters. Film and Television production diploma course of Maharaja Agrasen College requires eligibility of 10+2 only. So, you are suggested to enroll for a bachelor degree after completing this diploma course.
You are now in class 12th. If you are looking for Master degree, then the requirement for the admission is graduation (i.e. completion of bachelor degree of 3 years). You need to do graduation in the same or in any course of your choice. So, first pursue Bachelor degree then Masters. However, you can go for the Diploma course in any field of your choice

Bharti vidhyapeeth
1 attendance matters
2 better teaching standards and faculty
3 no of clubs and other co-curricular activities
4 better location and connectivity
5 not preferable if want to study for further exams
6 AC and cold drinking water
7 marginally lesser placements
My opinion is that go for personal development
But if want to pursue further studies or give other exams then go for MAIT blindly
Hope it helped.
