If you belong from general category, there are chances of you getting B.Sc physics. You can have look at previous year cutoff provided at www.du.ac.in. Once again, I would suggest you to go with the field that you are interested in.

I think it is difficult but you may try.
Last year, the 4th cut off only reached 93.33% for general category for B.Sc in Botany Hons.
I think if you are a Sikh girl, there will be 1% relaxation for you.
