Yes, you can. DU students can change their college after 1st year under Delhi University inter college migration. But, this is very difficult, as you need to score very good in 1st and 2nd semester, and then once you complete 1st year, then you need to approach the college you are interested in (let's say Khlasa College), you need to approach there and enquire about the vacant seats for the respective course. If there is an availability of vacant seats, then you need to get a NOC (no objection certificate) from your present college, and submit it to the new college you want to migrate in. Both principals need to sign this NOC.

I think it is difficult but you may try.
Last year, the 4th cut off only reached 93.33% for general category for B.Sc in Botany Hons.
I think if you are a Sikh girl, there will be 1% relaxation for you.
