The cut-off of Delhi University is irrespective of the board, so it totally depends on your best four %age in 12th whether you meet the requirements of DU or not.

No there is no percentage reduction. The admission is merit based on the basis of your 12th standard best four percentage. You get the college if you meet the requirements of college as every college vary in their cut-off for each subject.

Yes, there could be chances of you getting a good college. You might not find yourself anywhere with the release of the first cut-off, but you do have a chance as the further cut-off lists are declared. You can refer to the last year's cut-
