Physics, chemistry, maths and one language subject (English) will be considered in best four subjects.

I think you can get admission in good colleges because usually, for SC candidates, DU lowers the cut-off.

I don't think so because usually for this course, the cutoff is high but it you may consider the previous year cutoff of DU to get an idea of 2018 cut off:

With general category, 88.4% won't help you to get in Hansraj. But if you have reservations then you might have a chance.
