First of all, congratulations, your hard work pays off so you can easily get admission in DU colleges for pursuing B.Com and if you try you can get B.Com (Hons) even. Though your % is good enough to get admitted to du but not on campus colleges. You can try for several off campus colleges, just wait for cutoffs to drop, have patience and don't lose hope if you don't get a chance in first 2 or 3 cutoffs. There are various off campus colleges which provide various good facilities and the most important thing is choose course over college because ultimately, you will get a degree of Delhi university written on it not college name. So, satisfy yourself whichever college you get because at least you got a chance to study in Delhi University. All the best for your future.

Both the colleges had best faculty for this course. You can choose on your ease of travelling to college. Ramanujan college is not fully made yet. The class room is being made in process. So I suggest you to go for Sri Aurobindo College.

There are chances if you are from a reserved category, as you can avail quota system benefits. But if you are from the general category, then it is a big no, you cannot pursue B.Com from DU on a regular basis. Rather, you can apply for SOL.
