First of all, go through the Delhi University brochure. You will have to fill up the form which released by DU online and make a payment of 250 rupees then cut-off will be released by DU for different courses. Check out the last year's cut-off

Yes, you can. But, for that you need to give MAT/CAT/GMAT/XAT. It is a prerequisite for selection in a MBA college. Good luck.
