The application channel for the BCA programme at GIET University is primarily online, requiring the submission of an application fee. Applying for the BCA course admission in 2023 at GIET Gunupur University follows a merit-based process. However, students who are willing to take admission in MSc Life Science, Chemistry, Maths is from 50% to 60% aggregate. However, MSc in biotechnology, the student need to pass in BSc Biotechnology / BSc with Biochemistry / Microbiology / Botany / Zoology /Physics /Chemistry/ Environmental Sciences/ Agriculture / BVSc /BTech Biotechnology/BPharma /BAMS/BHMS/BPT and any other related discipline with not less than 45 % aggregate.

 The University is spread over 113 acre of land and offers all the necessary facilities, including open air-conditioned library, 110 labs, 20 high-tech computer labs, 64 modern classrooms, seven air-conditioned auditoriums and provides 24 hours of power backup in its fully wi-fi enabled campus.

GIET Engineering Entrance Examination usually conducts from 18 Apr to 27 May for Computer Based Exam. The paper based examination will be conducts on 19 May & 26 May.
