Gitam University Bangalore is a new engineering college about which fewer students know about. It is a deemed university and is into research. Last year, the highest package was 27 LPA which was given by a German company to a robotics engineering student. It has the best infrastructure in Bangalore and the best hostel facilities but the fee is 2.5 lakhs per year for people who have written Gitam's entrance exam. For Karnataka, people who have written KCET exam, it is less around 50k +25k tuition per year. Overall, Gitam is the best university for CSE.

If you want to enjoy your B.Tech life, then you should stick with GITAM but only GITAM, Vishakhapatnam is good enough for studies and placements too.
When you want to gain knowledge and looking for a good career then you should opt to KLU as its rules are strict enough chances of getting spoiled are few!
Remember, if you are working hard no one will disturb you can choose either of these colleges.
But coming to rankings and quality education KLU comes first when you think about infrastructure and multinational culture GITAM, Vishakhapatnam will lead!

Learning Kana (Hiragana and Katakana) is an excellent first step and can be very rewarding when simple Japanese phrases and writing especially in pop culture suddenly become readable. But I know how this will pan out. Finding a Hiragana/Katakana chart on Google and then trying to memorize the characters purely from rote and practice-and it will be frustrating, and neither effective nor enjoyable.In my early days of Japanese language mania back in middle and high school, I attempted to learn kana from these charts on at least 4 different occasions over 4-to 5 years; but despite Samurai-style pain and perseverance, I never succeeded beyond being able to write them on demand-I could never recognize them quickly enough for practical use. I only became a fairly effective Japanese speaker and writer after 2-3 years of incredibly intensive college-level study and a short stint in Japan.
