Now a days, telecom sector is one of the fastest growing sector. As I know, there are more than 45 million mobile users in India and this number is rapidly increasing every day. It will be like cream on the cake. As an engineer, you have all the technical skills required for any project in your domain and with the project management degree, you will able to lead the project with the complete strategical approach. You will be able to manage the work and solve the problems in your project in very easy manner.

You can learn a language course along with schooling but it's not a great idea to go for a job just after you 12th. To get good packages I would suggest you complete your graduation and thereafter you can go for options like a translator or interpreter.

I think there is a mistake in your question.
Because GATE is meant for Post-Graduation courses but it can't make you to get into B.Tech
First of all, you have to complete your B.Tech to be eligible for the GATE.
But, if you want to join in B.Tech CSE in GITAM, you have to appear for GAT entrance exam conducted by GITAM University and the cut-off will be changing every year based on the number of applicants and GAT score around 300+ out of 400 can easily assure your admission into CSE even in Vizag campus.
Even if you are not able to score the cut-off don't be disappointed because later, if you contact to take admissions desk of GITAM, you can get a seat if the seats were still vacant.
