you should go for either French or Spanish in terms of global acceptance. if u r planning for further studies in Germany then u can learn German as well.

Placements are provided if you don't have a backlog. In general Packages start with Rs.3 lakhs and they go up till Rs.6 or 7 lakhs , but if you want to know specifically about finance I'v no idea .
I think you can take part in NCC.
