Don't feel regretful. You have other options available also. You can pursue your BCA from other good university too. It can save your year. All the best for your future.

Yes, they will conduct the entrance test for M.A in English. The syllabus will be all basic of your B.A course, plus common subjects. Minimum percentage required is 60% only. Prepare well for the entrance.
