For commerce courses, you can prefer any of the colleges under both the universities, whether Delhi University or IP University. But if you want to specifically go for commerce courses, you can go for Delhi University, as Delhi University basically provides commerce courses and IP university provides professional courses. So you can go for Delhi University.

Yes, for admission in B.Ed you need to have Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks. So you are eligible.

I have scored 55% in B.Com. Am I eligible for B.Ed in IPU? My CET score is between 300 to 400.

ANOTHER ENGINEER IN THE QUEUE.:D
NEVERMIND.
Its nothing close to JEE.
Exam consists of questions of average intellect.
One should have PCM aggregate of minimum 55% to appear for the exam

Exam consists of questions of average intellect.

Its based on the common syllabus of 11th and 12th.
Unlike JEE, the questions aren't conceptual, like u don't need to apply formula from 5 different units to get a single answer.
Revising properly from the notes of 11th and 12th will do the job.
The formula based questions are easy to understand and there aren't usually any linguistic loopholes hidden within the question that you might miss in a hurry. U'll be granted +4 marks for every right answer and -1 for every wrong choice. The paper consist of 150 multiple choice question, 50 from each subject(physics, chemistry and mathematics) and 150 minutes to solve them. You need to manage your time working with the topics you are good at.
This might boost your confidence but admission in IPU is quite difficult if you don't belong to Delhi as 85% of the seats are reserved for students in Delhi. That's probably the reason many of the colleges don't provide hostel facility.
The exam is conducted the middle of May which is quite late in terms of a CET but the result is declared within 2 weeks after the commencement of exam.
My advice for you is to learn the basics concept of everything. No need to pick high level books like HC VERMA etc but to stick to your coursebooks. You can also buy solved papers of last years for referencing.
U've got 12 crucial days. Better Start early.
good luck.
