Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) was responsible for preparing IPU CET 2018 eligibility criteria. There used to be only one college which provided the MCA (LE) course. Till last year, it was MERI Janakpuri with 60 seats in total, but there are rumors that IP University is going to introduce one more college, which will be providing MCA LE, but the university hasn't decided it yet. According to the admin, it is better to wait for the counselling.

There are no of colleges which offers B.A(Hons.) Economics affiliated by GGSIPU Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Some of them are:
Delhi Institute of Rural Development.
Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology.
Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology.
Vivekanand Institute of Professional Studies.

Delhi regional candidates: 85% seats are reserved for Delhi region candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from any school/institute located in Delhi.
Seat allocation on the basis of merit list: The seats in Journalism and Mass Communication Colleges in Delhi will be filled through the IPUCET merit/rank list of the respective CET code prepared for Delhi region candidates.
Students with distance education with Delhi as a test centre: If the candidate has passed the qualifying examination through distance/open education system of any recognised university/institute and had their study centres in Delhi will be considered as Delhi region candidates provided they submit the proof of their study centre in Delhi.

Candidate must have completed three-year Diploma in relevant branches of Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Diploma awarding institute/ university/ board recognized by AICTE or
must have completed B.Sc with 60% marks in aggregate with pass in mathematics as a subject from any recognized university
Note: Candidates with Diploma in architecture are not eligible for lateral entry to Engineering/ Technology degree program.
