I have got 1238 rank in GGSIPU CET exam for BCA. Can I get admission in VIPS? I am from outside Delhi.

A rank near your rank got admission in the 3rd round of cut-off last year so there will be chances of your admission in the 3rd round only. Do check this year's cut-off for any change in the ranks.
