I have 87% in 10+2 and 102 score in NATA can I get in any IP college? I have not given JEE Main paper 2.

Can I get admission in USAP scoring 79.8% in 12th, JEE paper2 176 marks with rank12002(obc) and 69 in NATA?

Considering your JEE Mains paper 2 and NATA score there is no way to get admission in USAP. I know you have OBC quota but your rank is too high.

As from my knowledge about IPU colleges, I don't think any college of IPU offer automobile engineering.
However, Gb Pant College offer mechanical engineering with specialization in automation.
By automation, it means application of robotics.

You have got a decent rank in IPU exam code 130 of biotech. The most reputed college for biotech in IPU is USBT, i.e. University School of Biotechnology. Generally, its cutoff goes from 80-100 rank.
