Both are good colleges For BCA but u would suggest you too choose IP university its because IPU is one of the best well recognised university. Its placement & campus is quite well than IMS.

You have to go through counselling procedures of IPU. Go to the college, contact administration department and talk about your admission. Provide them complete details.

Yes, As IP university is one of the best well recognised university. Its placement & campus is quite well. So, I think to choose IPU for BA in economics is a good choice.
