Yeah, these type of competitions are organised in our college fests and is organised by the third year students, almost every college provides lab or WiFi facilities. so don't worry about that.

Try for non core branches like plastic or leather.also try for iet Lucknow for mechanical and cs branch.

Your general rank might be near 2500 and the required general rank for CS in HBTI is near about 700-800. so try for other branches too.

Yes, you can get HBTI. You can get plastic, leather, oil, food, biochemical and electrical branch in HBTI.

Yeah, as you have a valid scores, you can get HBTI if HBTI takes student through UPSEE ranking. but in this year HBTI became HBTU and it's taken student through JEE mains score-card. So its very difficult to say you that you can get HBTU or no

At this year HBTI is taking admissions on the basis of the JEE main rank. So the criteria for admission is JEE mains scorecard, not army rank.
