Why are you wasting the time in doing B.A. Again from the IGNOU if You have the B.Sc. And M.Sc. Degrees. The IGNOU will not give any short duration B.A. To you from this year the B.A. Is also for 4 years. However, After End of every year the will give the Certificate or Diploma for completing the year.
