Yes, you can apply for B.Ed from IGNOU as you were primary teacher but first of all please check the eligibility as they ask for two-year experience. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria, then you can apply tor the same.

For IGNOU, B.Ed aspirants should hold a Bachelors degree and/or Master's Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/Commerce/ Humanity with a minimum score of 50 per cent marks in aggregate. The teacher education programme should also be completed from NCTE through face to face mode. Otherwise you can do this course from other universities through distance learning or regular.
